Want to know who your leader is and steering the way forwards? Meet our Ashley, Practice Director of our Beechwood team. Ashley has 8 years’ experience within the Veterinary sector as a manager. Ash has been with us for over a year now and is part of our leadership team consisting of Senior Vets, Head Nurses and Head Receptionists. He has helped maintain our hard working environment whilst creating a caring, supportive, inclusive and evolving team. Ash tells us ‘We’ve held meetings to find out what really matters to people at work and from these been able to implement change to make the tough days easier! I love veterinary and everything it throws at me! Covid has definitely taught me that wellbeing must always come first. Working closely with the teams, we are working on making us the place to be! We are keen to add a new vet to the team to help through this period of Mat Leave and beyond.  With both maternity and permanent options available, we are ready to chat to you about our options. Beechwood may look small and dinky from the outside, but is like an Aladdin’s cave on the inside. It is a well-equipped practice with space for more if it offers an enhanced client experience and development of our teams. Our clients are low maintenance and loyal. You will have a good balanced caseload with the freedom to explore cases. A good balance of consult vs theatre. Our nursing team are ace! We have a great ratio of nurses to vets, with a wide range of experience supporting you all the way. Development is encouraged and we are proud to be supporting some of our vets through certificates. More than happy to chat to anyone looking for part time or full time. Our full time hours are 40 and these can be worked over 4 or 5 days. Our vets tend to prefer 4 days of 08.30 – 18.30 and 1 in 4 weekends 08.30 – 13.00.
