Veterinary Practice Manager

Veterinary Practice Manager role Permanent, Full time We are a proudly Independent Veterinary practice based in Reigate and the surrounding area with a large team of approximately 50 employees. We are looking for a dynamic, well organised individual with excellent communication skills to join our management team. Previous Veterinary experience is an absolute must in order to have a good understanding of the running of a practice. Management experience is preferred, but not essential for the right person. A large part of the responsibilities would include personnel management such as appraisals, HR elements and overseeing payroll, but also, managing customer experience, supporting Line managers and employees, delivering training, customer satisfaction, business analysis awareness and marketing support. This is a varied and interesting role in a great team of people looking to do the best work. Hours would be 30-40 per week over 5 days to fit around commitments.
