Description The Treatment Coordinator’s primary responsibility is to facilitate the patient’s clinic experience in being seamless and ensure the patient leaves well informed and prepared for their dental treatment. This includes ensuring the patient understands their treatment plan, the benefits of treatment, payment options, assisting with financial arrangements and coordination of appointments. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service, Build a relationship with the patient
  • Prepare and present treatment plan and financial estimates to patients for all prescribed treatments.
  • Assist patients with financial arrangements. Build value into the treatment in relation to the fee.
  • Handle all treatment paperwork including consent forms, contract for treatment, down payments and exit paperwork.
  • Ensure that patient records are completed correctly before filing and store them in an efficient, tidy and secure manner
  • Gets patients records ready for next day
  • Effectively communicate and develop a strong working relationship with the doctors and promote teamwork through cooperative and professional behaviours.
  • Deal with patient queries in a sympathetic and polite manner.
  • Encourage prompt payments and chase outstanding debts in accordance with the practice policy
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Schedule:

Experience:
  • Treatment Coordinator: 1 year (preferred)
