What you’ll do

Weekend Trainee Receptionist (Saturday and/or Sunday)

Location: Strood

NMW 

*14.5 hrs per week worked over Saturday & Sundays. Would consider 1 Saturday and 1 Sunday person

*Hours worked between 8:30 – 5:00 Sat, 9:00 – 5:00 Sun

*Near by all day car park 5 minutes from store. Around £5 per day but employee can buy a permit to reduce costs

*Store is part of the Medway group of stores (Chatham & Gillingham). On the high street, 2 test rooms and the smaller of the stores in the group but looking to expand the store in the future.

We’re looking for someone customer service and strong communication skills, who is good with people, has an organised approach & a willingness to help and learn  – a friendly and professional approach is essential.

• Answering all telephone calls in a prompt, clear and friendly manner
• Transferring calls efficiently
• Responding to customer enquiries
• Ensuring customer details are captured accurately when booking appointments
