Team Leader Audiology

We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated individual with organisation and interpersonal skills to work as support to the Audiology Clinical and Admin Team. You will work closely with the administrative and clinical team, supporting the work of the department in the provision of an efficient and effective office service. Candidates should possess a professional attitude to their work and have the ability to work flexibly is a busy environment. You ideally with have experience of working in a busy administrative office environment and are familiar with administrative processes and practices. You will be required to work as part of a team as well as being able to use your initiative and priorities your workload to meet deadlines. We are looking for someone who is able to be flexible with their working hours. The Team leader roll works closely with the clinical team in setting clinic capacity and filling clinics for the audiology diagnostic patients along with ensuring the follow up patients are seen in a timely manner. This is a very quick paced roll with tight deadlines for booking which involves dealing with vulnerable and elderly patients to the parents of children who are anxious for a diagnosis. Full training will be given – a knowledge of the hospital EPR system would be an advantage but not a necessity.
