Talent & Performance Manager

Job Description

We’ve got an exciting opportunity for Talent & Performance Manager to join our team based in our Store Support Centre in Ruddington. The purpose of the role of Talent & Performance Manager is to implement and manage VE’s talent, performance and career development frameworks and processes working with key stakeholders across the business. The role will use data & Insight to make decisions that will drive depth and strength of talent across the business.

 

What can you expect from the role?

As a Talent & Performance Manager you will be responsible for the continued evolution of the talent & performance strategy for the business, shaping and embedding our new approach to talent and performance. You will work with the Head of Learning Development to execute the talent and performance strategy, ensuring that Vision Express can identify nurture and develop talent across the organisation, you will also play a key role in managing stakeholder relationships across the business to continuously enhance and elevate our Talent and Performance approach.

About you

Due to the nature of the role, we’re looking for someone with who previous experience in leading and implementing talent management and performance management processes. You will need to be able to create and manage performance cycles. You must be a capable of delivering and partnering across the business.
