Over Healthcare Pharmacy Superintendent Pharmacist A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a qualified, Pharmacist who wants to take the next step in their career or for an experienced Pharmacist / Pharmacy Manager who is looking to make a change or take the next step to a Superintendent role in the beautiful Village of Over. The Community Pharmacy is based within a Over GP surgery giving the candidate a great chance to liaise with other medical professionals, and work in a high performing Pharmacy. We dispense to approximately 6,000 patients. We have a great team and friendly working environment, including one Checking Technician, Three dispensers and three trainee technicians. We are a supportive practice with training opportunities and research. The successful applicant will be involved with management of the pharmacy/dispensary and working alongside the GP partner and multidisciplinary team of clinicians to help with prescribing and medication related issues and processes. The ideal applicant will be a prescribing pharmacist or willing to look at training to become a prescribing pharmacist which we will support fully. Our last three pharmacists were supported by us to complete their Independent prescriber course and move onto Primary Care Network roles within the NHS. We are looking for someone enthusiastic, autonomous and flexible, personable and a team leader. The role will further evolve with time and experience and there is a potential for involvement with the Primary Care Networks. There is ample free parking. Pay dependant on experience. Five weeks annual leave plus bank holidays (pro rata) Working pattern Monday – Friday no weekends or evenings. GPhC Fees Paid Up to 45 hours per week or would consider job share depending on applicants. Salary negotiable Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: From £50,000.00 per year Benefits:
