Specialist Cancer Pharmacist

Do you have an interest in cancer care? Are you looking for a new challenge in developing skills as a Specialist Cancer Pharmacist working in a variety of haematology and oncology settings? An exciting opportunity has arisen for a position as a Specialist Cancer Pharmacist at the Great Western Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. Our Cancer Pharmacists work closely with the multi-disciplinary team both in outpatient settings and at ward level for providing patient-focused pharmacy services to our cancer patients. You will be supported by the Pharmacy Cancer Team, a motivated and experienced team of specialist pharmacists and technicians, in striving to achieve excellence in our care. The Great Western Hospital is a busy district general hospital that provides a wide range of haematology and oncology services to a diverse population across Swindon and Wiltshire. We are a JACIE accredited centre for haematopoietic stem cell transplant services and we follow the Thames Valley Cancer Strategic Network treatment protocols.
