Small Animal Support Team Member

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced, service driven individual to join our busy small animal reception team. This role would suit someone who works well under pressure, can multi-task, has an excellent phone manner and loves going above and beyond when it comes to client service and animal care. This is a part time position, 3 days a week to cover weekends We are inviting applicants who either have previous veterinary experience or relevant customer care experience. Hours of Work:

• We are looking to fill hours on Friday afternoon, Saturday 9am – 4.30pm and Sunday 9am to 11.30am

Main Duties:

• Welcome small animal clients and pets into the surgery
• Process payments/invoices after consultation
• Hand over tablets/medication
• Answer telephone as required
• Book appointments for surgery
• Provide administrative support to the small animal department
• To update and maintain computerised client records
• To maintain waiting room cleanliness and appearance
