Small Animal/Exotics Vet

We are looking for a Small Animal Vet to join the team at Stewart Vets. We have a fantastic new management team in place and the practice is about to undergo an extensive refurbishment, so this is a brilliant unique opportunity to be part of a busy small animal practice with a supportive friendly team and join their new adventure! The main site is based in Dudley with a smaller satellite branch at Tipton. We currently have a Vet working towards a certificate in small animal surgery and are the sole provider of veterinary care for Dudley Zoo! So, if you have an interest in exotics we are the practice for you. We have all the modern equipment you would expect such as dental x-ray, ultrasound and endoscopy to name a few and are extremely proud of our large and loyal client base. You will have a lot of opportunity to have continuity and work up cases, working out the best approach for each individual case. You would be joining 4 Vets, 3 nurses, 1 SVN, 2 PCAs, 2 receptionists and a dedicated Practice Director. We are a passionate and social team who always make time for each other and have fun alongside work, meeting for walks and various events and every Friday is ‘Treat Friday’ paid for by management! What we are looking for… Ideally, you will be a confident Small Animal Vet (we will consider 10 – 12 months experience post grad), who strives to deliver high standards, a team player and willingness to learn and support the other members of the team.
