Senior Medicines Optimisation Pharmacist

Opportunity for: 0.8 (30 hours) fixed term or secondment opportunity for 9 months (Please seek approval from your employer before making a secondment application) NHS Derby and Derbyshire ICB Medicines Optimisation and Delivery Team is seeking to recruit enthusiastic, experienced pharmacist to join the team as Band 8a Senior Medicines Optimisation Pharmacist and work as part of the ICB Medicines Optimisation Delivery Team providing practice level clinical medicines management support to GP practices. The base will be Cardinal Square, Derby – you will be required to travel to GP practices mainly within Derby City with some travel across other regions of Derbyshire. Derby & Derbyshire ICB is now working to a hybrid model with staff splitting their time between practices and working remotely. Experience or knowledge of working in a general practice primary care setting is preferred.
