Senior CRM Data & Campaigns Manager

Job Description

We’ve got an exciting opportunity for an Senior CRM Data & Campaigns Manager to join our Marketing team based in our Store Support Centre in Ruddington. In this role you’ll be the custodian of the Vision Express Marketing automation system, and accountable for all associated processes, operations, and governance that ensures the daily delivery of communications to our customers. You will prioritise and manage the campaign workload briefed in from the CRM team, accountable for the creation and provision of campaign data for all current and planned CRM campaigns.

What can you expect from the role?

As a Senior CRM Data & Campaigns Manager this role will see you work with colleagues across the business being the escalation point for Customer Services, Stores and other departments at the Support Centre for customer enquiries relating to CRM communications and data queries. You will support the CRM Manager, other marketing functions and departments at the support centre with the provision of customer and CRM data and reports.

About you

We’re looking a good team player with a logical and practical approach who has proven experience in CRM/Marketing automation software, e.g. SAP Marketing, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign or other similar software.

Due to the nature of this role being predominantly analytics based we would require you to have extensive knowledge of SQL  and a keen eye for detail.
