Senior Clinical Pharmacist ( ECS)

Barnet Enfield, and Haringey are currently recruiting a caring, talented, and patient focused pharmacist to join us at Enfield Community Services. We are looking for a highly motivated individual to work as part of the multidisciplinary team in a 34 bedded neuro and general rehabilitation in-patient setting. Candidates must be flexible, dedicated, enthusiastic and demonstrate sound clinical knowledge and skills. They should be willing to learn, passionate and committed to being part of the team improving service delivery plus compliance to GPhC Standards. Delivering high quality clinical pharmacy service Maintaining patient safety Effective communication including reports Medication Management Being part of the Multidisciplinary team Effective discharge planning Supporting learners and junior staff in their learning Supporting Services within ECS when required (e.g., Enfield Rapid Assessment Service, District Nursing, Care Home Assessment Team (CHAT), Community Matrons & Immunisations and Specialist School Nursing) Supporting service delivery and integrated pathways Magnolia unit is a 34 bedded unit( Neuro, Stroke and general rehabilitation) within Barnet Enfield and Haringey Mental Health Trust.
