We have an exciting opportunity to join our team at Springmount Dental & Aesthetics. We are a practice that takes much pride in delivering first-class service in a beautiful setting.
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience of working as a receptionist in a dental practice is required.
- Experience in a customer service related job is required.
- Competent in delivering a high level of customer service.
- Warm, friendly, reliable and adaptable.
- Well presented.
- Able to work flexibly with others in a busy team environment.
- Excellent communication skills, telephone manner and writing skills.
- The ability and personality to build a rapport with our patients.
- Being the first point of contact for patients, booking appointments, answering the telephone, taking payments etc.
- Taking care of our patients while they wait for appointments – helping with forms, providing drinks, ensuring they are comfortable before their appointment.
- Working as part of a team to execute a first-class service.
- Ensuring the reception area and waiting room are kept tidy and clean throughout the day.
- Carrying out general administrative duties to ensure the effective running of the practice.
- Managing the Front of House team and making sure standards are being met
- Completing regular audits
- Working closely with the practice manager to ensure smooth running of the practice
- Assist with the supervision of training staff on reception
- Liaise with staff members and delegate tasks
- Previous dental experience required.
- 3 years of work in customer service.
- Exact dental software experience preferred, but not essential.
- GCSE or equivalent (Required)
