Practice Manager
We are looking for a full-time practice manager to join our friendly, experienced and supportive team in Putney on a 12 month fixed term contract.

- Support from an Area Development Manager and clinical colleagues as well as our dedicated central support teams, such as marketing, HR, IT, facilities and more
- Ensuring your patients receive the best care
- Driving your practice’s performance with set objectives, including providing high-quality patient care, meeting financial targets and Key Performance Indicators, and managing practice costs
- Leading and managing a team of practice support staff, including nurses and receptionists, and managing the performance of self-employed clinicians
- Managing compliance and meeting the requirements of our regulator, the CQC
- Previous experience within a Dental or Clinical environment is essential
- Proven management expertise
- The motivation and drive to support their team to succeed
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to manage relationships with colleagues, clinical professionals, patients and senior management
- Outstanding organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise important deadlines while reacting quickly to business needs
- Proven commercial awareness and business acumen
- Experience in analysing financial data including profit and loss accounts to make commercial decisions relating to practice profitability.
