Welcome to Kana Health Group. We are a family-owned, small group of premium dental practices located in the Bucks and Beds area We are currently recruiting for passionate and driven Full-Time, experienced, Dental Practice Manager at Woburn Sands Dental Practice The practice has 5 surgeries and is predominantly private, offering a wide range of treatments ranging from Invisalign to Implants If you have at least 2 years dental management experience and are looking to be part of this growing premium group of dental practices, we would love to hear from you Your main duties include: – Embedding the KHG patient journey – Retaining and growing an established strong and happy team – Build and sustain close working relationships within the team and external suppliers – Proactively look at ways of improving and implementing policies and processes – Delivery and exceed KPI’s and future growth plans – Compliance of regulated activities – Growing practice revenue Job Type: Full-time Salary: £30,000.00-£32,000.00 per year Benefits:
