PMO Project Manager
Job Description
Weâve got an exciting opportunity for a PMO Project Manager to join our team based in our Store Support Centre in Ruddington. In this role youâll be supporting the delivery of the Transformation Plan, working closely with our teams and Business Leads to ensure these projects and associated business change lands successfully.
What can you expect from the role?
As a PMO Project Manager this role will see you working cross functionally with all relevant departments and stakeholders driving implementation through design, build and delivery, in the role you will provide on-site leadership for the project team by coaching, mentoring and motivating team members to make sure that all project objectives are achieved, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones.

Youâll have experience of owning concurrent projects, from stakeholder engagement and developing a project plan, through to finding ways to solve and pre-empt challenges. You will need to have experience of working within a fast paced environment with tight deadlines, Prince2/Agile qualifications are advantageous.
