Pharmacy Integration and Medicines Assurance Pharmacist

Herefordshire and Worcestershire Integrated Care System (ICS) are looking for a registered pharmacy professional to support the professional lead on the integration of community pharmacy-based services and the ICS medicines quality assurance agenda. This is an exciting new role working with national, regional and ICS colleagues to support implementation of community pharmacy clinical services with a particular focus on integration and transformation but also wider medicines quality and safety assurances of commissioned providers of services.
