An exciting opportunity has arisen within our busy pharmacy department for someone with administrative experience to provide support to the pharmacy department. We are looking for a reliable, organised, hard working individual with good problem solving skills. Good communication skills are vital. You will be able to multi-task, remaining calm and professional at all times, be able to take accurate minutes and use Microsoft excel & word proficiently.
The key responsibilities for this post are:
- Provide administrative support to the Trust Drugs and Therapeutics Committee, including organising meetings, meeting papers and taking accurate minutes
- Provide administrative support to a number of regular departmental groups and meetings, including organising meetings, printing meeting papers and taking accurate minutes
- To maintain a tracker of pharmacy related Trust wide clinical guidelines and policies
- To maintain a tracker of medicines related national alerts
- To manage upload and version control of clinical guidelines and policies
- To maintain and track non-formulary requests and Individual Funding Requests made across the Trust
- To input data into Microsoft Excel databases and Microsoft Word tables
