Pharmacist Manager

Badham Pharmacy is looking to recruit enthusiastic and energetic pharmacy managers to join our team across glorious Gloucestershire in branches in Tewkesbury, Cheltenham, Gloucester and the Cotswolds (Upper Rissington) Our branches have never been busier and this is an exciting opportunity for a pharmacist to join an award winning, innovative and expanding family run business with branches across Gloucestershire & Bristol. We seek a commercially focussed pharmacist with excellent clinical skills who can communicate effectively with customers, staff, GPs, and other healthcare professionals. You will lead by example with excellent customer service skills to provide the very best healthcare services to the communities in and around Gloucestershire. This is a full time, permanent position for a Pharmacist Manager. Contracted hours are approximately 40-45 a week depending on branch with some Saturday morning working in some branches on a rota basis however additional shifts can be worked as overtime. Part time applicants will also be considered We require you to:

• Undertake the role of responsible pharmacist at the pharmacy
• Manage the safe and effective delivery of all pharmaceutical services at branch level
• Maintain and improve peoples health by promoting Healthy Living Pharmacy services
• Ensure the effective and efficient running of the pharmacy, leading by example
• Ensure the pharmacy engages with all commissioned services and complies with the quality framework
• Develop the pharmacy business through relevant initiatives, offering vaccinations, smoking cessation, blood pressure checks and more
