Pharmacist Manager

As the Pharmacist Manager, your key role will be to manage your team to manage the delivery of all pharmaceutical services at branch level. What we look for in our Pharmacist Managers goes beyond just great clinical skills. We look to recruit people who can bring real leadership and commerciality to their Pharmacy and inspire their team of staff to exceed targets whilst delivering outstanding customer service skills. Ideal candidates will – · Have great communication and interpersonal skills enabling them to build and develop relationships with patients, the pharmacy team, and other healthcare colleagues. · Be commercially aware and understand how to grow a Pharmacy business. · Be keen to embrace all aspects of the Pharmacy contract. · Be prepared to continually develop and learn new skills. · Have experience of managing a team. · Be registered with the GPhC. · Be a qualified Independent Prescriber or be keen to complete the course with our full support. The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary and benefits package including pension, GPhC fees paid and 28 days holiday plus statutory days.
