Pharmacist Foundation Trainee / Pre-registration

We are looking for a Registration Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for checking in students and their families while they wait to see their teachers and administrators. The candidate should have a background in customer service, basic computer skills, and an ability to interact with customers of all ages and backgrounds. The ideal candidate for this position enjoys helping people and has proven experience in working with customers. Responsibilities:

• Register patients with scheduled appointments.
• Register patients and their family members, who are waiting for assistance.
• Enter information into the computer system.
• Greet customers and assist them using up-to-date knowledge of health and insurance issues.
• Arrange information so that it is easy to find and understand.
• Make appointments for the clinic or ancillary departments.
• Receive payments.
• Answer questions about services provided by the clinic.

Job Types: Full-time, Graduate Salary: £19,000.00-£23,000.00 per year Benefits:
