Pharmacist

St Thomas Surgery are looking for a Pharmacist for between 22.5-37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. They would join our busy and friendly practice of 13,000 patients in Pembrokeshire and work with an experienced Community Pharmacist currently employed. With a minimum of 5 years post qualifying experience the successful candidate will also be registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council and have an in-depth therapeutic and clinical knowledge. They may have experience of working within a general practice setting. Annual Salary based on AFC Grade 8a pro-rata, dependent upon qualifications and experience .
