Pharmacist

We have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Pharmacist to work in our well established general practice We believe that pharmacists are very important members of the practice team who can heplp us deliver the best possible care for our patients You will be working alongside GPs, and practice team as well as pharmacy techincians and pharmacist employed by the PCN to manage patients repeat medication reviews, reconciliation of medication on hospital discharge, dealing with MHRA & CAS Alerts. Medicine management audits. Ideally you will be an independent prescriber or working towards gaining the qualification (but this is not essential) and will act as a specialist resource to answer medicine related queries, to signpost to other services and to liaise with other healthcare professionals are required Clinical supervision and mentorship will be provided. We are looking for candidates who are enthusiastic and adaptable to change with excellent clinician skills and a good level of competence in the use of IT There may be opportunities on remote working as well as working on site The successful candidate will also benefit from the NHS pension scheme. Salary negotiable dependant on exprience Job Types: Part-time, Permanent Salary: £38,400.00-£48,100.00 per year Benefits:
