PCN Clinical Pharmacist

37.5 hours per week (2 posts) may consider part time hours Expressions of Interest are sought for the following position in the pharmacy team: Clinical Pharmacist Carlisle Primary Care Network Weekend and late evening shifts may be required Carlisle Primary Care Network has an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Pharmacist to work across GP practices in their Primary Care Network (PCN) in North Cumbria. The PCN along with the North Cumbria Integrated Care NHS Trust recognises the value that pharmacists can bring to general practices and to our patients and we look forward to growing our PCN pharmacy team. Our aim is to provide exemplary patient care through the optimisation of medicines use for all patients including our Care Home residents. We are seeking an enthusiastic pharmacist to join our PCN.
