A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our team at Aurora Dental Implant Clinic in Corsham as a Patient Co-ordinator/Receptionist. Salary dependent on experience Responsibilities:
  • You will act as a patient coordinator, dealing with enquiries in person, over the phone, video, via email and social media.
  • You will advise patients on treatments and services, take bookings and payments and provide an excellent standard of customer service at all times
  • You will communicate with dentists, nurses, receptionists, labs and patients in order to ensure each patient receives a great experience with us
  • You will increase the number of enquiries by monitoring, measuring and improving marketing streams as well as increasing referrals from current patients
  • You will be converting enquiries into consultations
  • You will follow up cancelled and incomplete treatments
  • You will keep patient records, reports and consent forms up-to-date and accurate, and you will ensure that the diaries of the clinicians are managed efficiently
  • You will monitor and improve our reputation, requesting reviews and offering loyalty cards
  • You will review and monitor reception customer service skills and implement training where necessary
  • You will ensure a high standard of service, professionalism and behaviour is maintained at all times.
  • You will provide regular reports on KPIs set for individual team members, specific treatments as well as for the clinic as a whole
