Full Job Description
Are you an experienced hospital/practice administrator from the veterinary or human medicine sector, if so we would love for you to join our team and utilise your skills!
In this part time role, you will be our Hospital Administrator for 24 hours of the week split across 3 or 4 days, we are open to flexibility! In this varied role you will be responsible for tasks such as;
- Rota management in line with hospital management including assisting with locum requirements
- Manage staff uniform and badge orders
- Managing equipment servicing and repairs, liaising with IT and other operational departments
- Provide administrative support to senior hospital leadership team
- Manage health and safety duties
- Prepare new starter packs for new team members
- Assist with HR duties upon the request of the senior leadership team, and maintain confidential records accordingly
