Specsavers Cirencester proudly opened its doors back in 2004 and enjoys a highly prominent location on the main high street of this historic market town.
Once inside you will find 4 optical test rooms, plus an additional Hearcare room. The store also operates as a Hearcare hub. There are a team of 11 in the retail team, along with a strong and commercially aware Dispensing Manager. The Cirencester partners focus on bringing through multiple Pre Regs’s each year, currently having two in store, working alongside the 3 resident optometrists and Contact Lens Optician.
The whole team are driven, commercially astute and very close knit, and the culture is one of support and motivation. Progression is supported and this would be something the new incoming partner would need to fully embrace to support the continued growth of this fantastic team. The store benefits from a highly affluent patient demographic and this is reflected through high ATV as well as a fantastic operating profit. As with every business there is always room for further growth, and a focus for the new incoming partner would be to increase OCT and 2-4-1 uptake.
