Specsavers in Rhyl are looking for a senior Optometrist to become their new Optometry / Ophthalmic Store Partner as part of our Joint Venture Partnership business model.

As part of our Partnership model, you’ll receive an annual salary, alongside a share in the business profits (dividends), access to the best clinical technology and continued professional development. About the store

Specsavers in Rhyl first opened its doors in 1991. It is a proven profitable store with huge potential. The store sits in a prominent position in the White Rose shopping centre, just minutes away from the beautiful coastline and popular beaches of Northern Wales. The loyal and growing customer base includes members of the local community, in addition to significant passing trade. The store prides themselves ensuring every customer receives an excellent patient experience. The high levels of service and patient care have led to numerous positive customer reviews and an excellent local reputation.

The Team

A team of 25 dedicated and passionate colleagues call this store home. The existing Partners are passionate about the clinical development of the team, and as the new Optometry Director you would have the scope to advise on training requirements, introduce new specialisms and build/shape the team further as required.

 

Requirements of the role

Alongside being a qualified and GOC registered Optometrist, you’ll need to share the store’s ethos. We’re looking for someone who wants to grow and develop a team, offer exceptional customer care and improve patient outcomes. You’ll be a practitioner who prides themself on their clinical judgment, isn’t afraid of a hands-on approach, and someone who is keen to get involved and build a rapport with their team.
