Davis Optometrists, established over 50 years ago, is a small group of independents spread across Leicestershire, Buckinghamshire and Northamptonshire – including Olney, Thrapston, Kettering, Market Harborough and Rothwell.

The group takes a highly clinical approach (taking order of the 9th OCT instrument in the world in 2009) and has built an enviable reputation over the years.

As a result of their success, the team is now looking for a new Optometrist to come on board to work across their Olney, Rothwell & Thrapston practices.

What’s the Opportunity

The team are looking for an experienced, full-time Optometrist to work across their Olney, Rothwell & Thrapston practices. The successful candidate will have set days in these practices to allow you to the have the variety of different settings whilst ensuring you still have structure in your working week.

Formal training is provided 4 times a year, contributing towards CET points, and gaining qualifications such as Independent Prescribing is encouraged (and often funded).

You’ll also be working with some great equipment, including OCT, phoropters etc.

With 45-minute appointments and an experienced team at the helm, you’ll have all the tools you need to provide an outstanding patient experience.
