Our location

This position is located in the vibrant market town of Accrington.  With excellent train and bus links, it’s not uncommon for people to commute from far and wide and if you drive, we have free parking close to the store.  There’s something here for everyone: from shops, bars and restaurants to museums and art galleries for families to enjoy. As an Optometrist in Accrington, your client base will be very diverse – but with plenty of familiar faces of course.

What we’re looking for

Alongside being a qualified and GOC registered Optometrist, we are searching for someone who shares our store’s ethos. Someone who wants to grow, develop and offer exceptional customer care along the way. We want a practitioner who prides themselves on their clinical judgment, that isn’t afraid of a hands-on approach and who is keen to get involved and build rapport with the rest of the team.  We are a close-knit team; our longest serving team member has been with us for over 15 years and our Directors are home grown – progressing through our Pathway Development Scheme so there is plenty of expertise and support here.  In summary, we’re looking for a skilled resident Optometrist to join us, be part of the team and assist in driving our practice forward.
