Position: Pre-reg Supervisor
Salary: Competitive package (depending on experience) up to £80K! location dependent
Working hours: Full or part time 
Experience level: You must be a GOC registered Optometrist who is at least 2 years qualified.

With ILM courses, Pre-Reg supervision and the Specsavers Partnership scheme (Pathway) all available to explore. You will play a pivotal role in supporting the practice’s next generation of optometrists. As a Pre-reg Supervisor, you will be natural leader who gains satisfaction in supporting and mentoring others in the early stages of their career.

We are looking for an Optometrist who can bring something new and exciting to our team. What we’re looking for

You’ll need to be a qualified and GOC registered Optometrist with drive, passion and the ability to help this growing practice continue to build on its customer-focused culture. To be part of our team, you’ll need to provide that unique blend of customer care and professional excellence – which will make a big impact on the store’s overall success. You’ll need to demonstrate good attention to detail along with a passion for the community. Teamwork also forms a big part of our culture, so the ability to work well with other people is essential. To summarise, we want someone who believes what we believe: in putting the patient first. You will also need to be a minimum of two years qualified in order to be able to support our pre-reg students.
