My client is a family focussed Independent company with their practice being in a strong footfall area and boasting one of the best patient journey experiences in the industry.
They are now looking to recruit an experienced non-qualified Practice Manager to work in this well-appointed practice in the North West Birmingham area with the possibility of working in 1-2 of their other practices within a close commute.
This is a small, family-owned practice with a very friendly feel to it and has built up quite a reputation for patient care. They focus on employing professionally-minded team members with the future very much in mind.

They are looking for someone who wants to be a part of the growth of the overall business with rewards to match the effort.
The main practice has two test rooms and has been established for over 10 years, located on a busy street with on-road parking on the local side roads.
Working hours of 9 am-5.30 pm Mon to Friday, 9 am-2.30 pm Saturday & Closed on Sundays

Responsibilities of the Optical Practice Manager

You will lead a team, of ten across the three practices, from the front driving sales and increasing business, identifying any staff training opportunities as you go. Ensure all company procedures are completed in a timely and professional manner. Also, liaise with the company owner to discuss progress and new business opportunities.

Requirements of the Optical Practice Manager

The ideal candidate will be a consummate professional with an ‘easy to talk to’, warm and customer focussed approach to their role.
You must have experience in management as there is no hand-holding.

Compensation for the Optical Practice Manager

In return, they are offering a competitive salary package of £21,000 – £25,000 plus lifestyle-friendly working hours.
