Optical Assistant/Receptionist

We are looking for an experienced Optical Assistant and sales advisor to join our Norris Green team. You will be well organised and have good all-round optical experience. Have great attention to detail, be excellent in the all important customer journey, learn all there is to know about the products and services that we offer. You will be good at listening to what customers want, clearly explaining our offers, services and help to create a smooth and friendly environment. You’ll help customers through the customer journey, from the booking of appointments, good diary management, carrying out pre screening examinations and then guiding them through the frame and lens selection process. What we expect from you: · Customer Experience – Be brilliant at this, you’ll need to take care in every task you undertake and make the most of every opportunity that presents itself. · Strong with administration PCSE, NHS, diary management etc · Develop a strong understanding of customer needs, have a passion for all things optical; we expect all of this from our sales advisors. · Team work – Cultivate a strong bond with your store colleagues, manager, and optometrist, we are passionate about great team synergy.
