Full Job Description

Forde Opticians is an independent opticians which has been providing excellent eyecare to the Govan,Knightswood and Partick areas for over 30 years. We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic optical assistant who has experience working in a busy practice to join our team. The Position is mainly for our Govan Branch but would be expected to cover in the other branches as required by the business. As an optical assistant you will make sure every patient gets a great experience when visiting the practice. You will assist the patient in selecting spectacles from our wide range of frames and also recommending the perfect lens for their required needs. The position will be 5 days per week between Monday – Saturday and we offer a competitive salary in accordance with the Glasgow Living Wage.   Start date is negotiable.
