Full Job Description

The sucessful candiate must have Microsoft Office experience and competent computer skills. Customer Service is key to the role of an Optical Assistant , with effective communication and people skills. Common duties of an Optical Assistants include greeting patients, answering telpehones, handling and responding to correspondence, maintaining patient records, scheduling appointments. The role also includes helping patients choose the best frame styles and selecting best lens choice for their optical needs. Full training will be given. We have a bespoke software for Optics, training will be givien along side other training required to perform the role. The position is full time 37.5 hours per week Monday to Saturday between the hours of 9.00am to 5.00pm. Part time may also be availabe. Job Type: Full-time Salary: £20,475.00-£21,450.00 per year Supplemental pay types:
