Optical Assistant/ Dispenser

Company description Specsavers Optical and Hearcare practice in Carr St, Ipswich. Due to continued expansion we are now looking to grow our team. Job description Optical Assistants required to assist customers in our Optical and Hearcare Retail/ Healthcare Store. Roles include: Pre-screening including our 3D eyescan, Frame selection and frame styling, Booking appointments and registration, Dispensing Spectacles, Repairs, Collections and Concern Handling. Also assisting with Hearcare customers and customers with Eye Health Concerns. Full training in Optics given, whilst some experience in Optics would be preferred, customer service experience is essential. Amazing development opportunities exist from Cert 3 Qualification in Optics, Hearcare, Dispensing Optician to management opportunities. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: £18,500.00-£21,500.00 per year Benefits:
