Optical Assistant

We’re looking for someone who either has previous optical experience or is new to the role. All training and development will be provided. Some of the keys tasks required include: -Listening to patients and giving good clear advice, explaining suitable products & offers whilst understanding the NHS procedures and applying our own high standard -Carrying out pre-diagnostic tests on patients -Dispensing of lenses (single vision, bifocals and varifocal lenses) -Take measurements and support patients with collections, ensuring fit, comfort and accuracy of frames. -Mantain delivery of excellent customer service at all times, playing a valuable part of a customer journey & successful retail team Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Salary: £18,000.00-£21,000.00 per year Benefits:
