Optical Assistant

Part time, Maternity Leave cover An exciting opportunity has arisen to work as a part time optical assistant for a family run business in Latchford area. The optical assistant will provide a professional and friendly front of house service to the store and manage phone calls and the diary efficiently. Duties include (but are not limited to): – Dispensing spectacles – Helping patients choose there spectacle frames – Dealing with Contact lenses – Managing the phone and answering all calls promptly and courteously. – Delivering a high standard of customer service. – Meeting and greeting clients upon arrival – Ensuring that the reception area and meeting rooms are consistently maintained to a high standard Competitive salary plus bonus.
