Optical Assistant

We are currently recruiting for an Optical Assistant to join our team in Banchory, Aberdeenshire on a part time basis. The position is 24 hours per week to be worked over 3 days from Monday – Saturday. The role comes with a wide range of responsibilities including the following:

• Reception
• Dispensing

• Stock Control/replacement
• Contact Lens Teaching
• Frame adjustments
• Performing clinical screening test
• Minor admin work
• Excellent customer service
• Other ad hoc duties as and when required.

Experience in optics is beneficial but not essential as we provide training on all aspects of reception and dispensing.
