Optical Assistant

Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. Job description No experience is necessary as full training will be given. You must be able to communicate effectively with people of all ages and backgrounds, you must be able to make our patients feel valued and welcome. You must be precise, pay attention to detail, be enthusiastic and willing to learn and work on your own inititive. This is a varied role including, booking appointments, general administration and prescreening customers. You will be helping our customers select the perfect frame and give product advice, you will be carrying out adjustments and repairs. There is opportunity to advance in the role, to gain professional dispensing qualifications and build a career for the right person. 5 G.C.S.Es A-C (or equivalent) including Maths, English, and Science would be required for this advancement. Although this is not a necessary requirement for the job. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent Salary: £6.83-£9.50 per hour Benefits:
