The role Our community practices based in the heart of Newcastle, Houghton le Spring Prudhoe and Ryton, inspire loyalty and patient trust. You will have excellent dispensing skills, but also a warm persona and an innate ability to engage with and build rapport with patients. We seek someone with confidence to operate effectively and positively as a team player to determine the best solutions for our clients and assist in the dispense of spectacles and perform spectacle collections You will be the first point of contact for anyone visiting the practice by engaging and acknowledging them as soon as they walk into the practice.
