What’s the Opportunity? Bennett & Rogers is now looking for a Full or Part-time Optical Assistant who has a great passion for the industry and ensuring we maintain our high standards of patient care. The ideal candidate will have experience within the optical setting and will be able to dispense at a high level. It is also important that you have strong communication skills, are able to work well within a team and have a key focus on patient experience. We will also be considering candidates with no optical experience but who are passionate about learning and interested in undergoing training. You’ll be supported by extremely knowledgeable Dispensing Opticians’ and a Practice Manager, so you can feel confident that patients are receiving the best standard of care and you, the support you need. We are also looking for someone who shares our dedication to putting patients first and spending the time needed to get to the bottom of their visual needs. Equally important to us is the way you interact with patients. Providing a friendly, informative, and empathetic service is a must.
