Optical Assistant

Experienced Dispensing Assistant Are you an experienced Optical dispenser? We are looking for a friendly, customer focused individual to join our small friendly team. You will be very much ‘patient facing’ and therefore a key part of our operation and as such we are seeking someone who shares our values of delivering good old fashioned customer care. At The Vision Centre we deliver eye care in a warm friendly environment. Our customer service levels are high and we want you to help us maintain these high standards. Our current net promoter score is a fantastic 96%! The successful candidate will be well presented and able to demonstrate a high level of desire to deliver customer service excellence. The role is varied and involves both face to face and telephone customer care. You will also be expected to support the Optometrist and Dispensing Optician in dispensing high quality eye care and eye wear. Whilst we offer full training, we would prefer at least 1 years experience in an opticians. The successful candidate will already demonstrate appropriate skills in a high level assisted purchase environment. You will also be numerate, literate and able to use a computer management system.
