A vacancy has arisen within Aberdeen Health and Social Care Partnership Public Dental Service for a receptionist to support the dental patients and staff within our city clinics. Although this post is likely to be based in one of our clinics for a level of stability, a flexible approach to occasional city wide cover is prerequisite. We are looking for an enthusiastic and self motivated individual with excellent communication skills and proven initiative, someone who would enjoy working with the general public. The successful candidate should have key organisational and keyboard skills, be confident in their use of I.T. systems. Previous working experience within a dental practice environment would be advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided. Cash handling and payment recording is involved in the day to day duties of this post therefore accuracy in this field is essential.
