Newly Qualified Pharmacists, South Shields 2/3 part time flexible vacancies available. £45,000 to £48,000 including GPHC fees We are looking to strengthen our team of qualified Pharmacists to work in our 3 branches in South Shields and therefore have a number of part time roles to fill. We were founded in 1897 and are now the largest pharmacy group in South Tyneside. We dispense over 40,000 items a month and most of those prescriptions are delivered. We have redeveloped two of our pharmacies including Chichester and Farnham and are planning on upgrading our Dean Road pharmacy. We are developing new services on a monthly basis whilst simultaneously building a team of exceptional customer focussed staff . These part time roles may appeal to newly qualified pharmacists as the roled required are to provide cover each week and to help develop new services for the Pharmacies. Full Job Description About The Role We’re looking for pharmacists to join our amazing team in South Shields on a part time, flexible basis. Why Darlings Pharmacy? We have been a community pharmacy for 125 years and well embedded into the lives of the patients in South Tyneside. We sponsor a number of community groups and sports teams including being one of the main sponsors for South Shields FC first teams. We employ 35 staff and have 7 vehicles on the road Monday to Saturday as we offer free same/next day delivery. We are growing both our dispensing business and our services. About You We’re looking for candidates who are eager to share their expertise and assist with creating a continuous learning culture to constantly improve our pharmacy and put our patients first. You must have an MPharm degree or equivalent and be registered with the GPhC by your start date. You will also be enthusiastic about providing services to patients, including vaccinations About Us Darlings Pharmacy is a household name in South Tyneside, with 3 pharmacies and plans to develop into neighbouring areas.
