About The Role

We’re looking for an experienced manager to join our amazing teams, working within the hospitals and outpatient pharmacies at Guys Hospital and St Thomas Hospital, where you will work within multi-disciplinary teams with the NHS trust. Both sites are in a great central London location so have brilliant transport links. You will drive the performance of the pharmacy teams at both sites – ensuring they deliver a highly efficient dispensing service and achieve exceptional levels of patient safety and customer care. If you have a background in retail management and are keen to share your expertise, then this role is for you! The ideal candidate will also be a qualified dispenser/technician.

About You

We’re looking for someone who’s eager to share their expertise, inspire their team and drive a continuous learning culture to constantly improve your pharmacy and put our patients first. You will have previous experience as a manager in a retail setting and be a Qualified Dispenser/willing to train as a Dispenser.
You will also have experience with HR/ER management within your teams, great problem-solving abilities and sound budgeting skills.
