Medicines Optimisation Pharmacist

NHS West Suffolk Alliance has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, highly motivated Pharmacist to join our team providing medicines optimisation services to GP practices and care homes across west Suffolk. Working alongside our team of highly experienced pharmacists, pharmacy technicians and appliance nurses, you will be responsible for a range of clinical and financial aspects of prescribing and medicines optimisation. Priorities will include the implementation of safe and cost-effective prescribing initiatives across primary and secondary care, making the most effective use of financial resources within NHS west Suffolk. This role is a part time post working 30 hours per week, days, and hours to be determined by mutual arrangement. Applicants seeking flexible hours would be considered.
