Opportunity Key Responsibilities The role will include, but not be limited to the following:
  • The day-to-day running of the practice on a continually developing basis in a fast-paced environment that requires a friendly and professional approach
  • Providing support and ongoing development to enhance the performance, skills and knowledge of practice staff to assist in the provision of dental care services to patients.
  • Managing the clinical governance system and maintaining practice policies inc Health & Safety
  • Financial management of the practice including banking, authorising invoices, producing reports, P&L and working towards a budget and KPIs
  • The leadership of the full team, including Rotas, Staff Monthly 1-2-1’s as well as inductions
  • Promoting a team environment and culture that is committed to executing a first-class service to our patients

Requirements
  • MUST have previous management experience
  • Ideally, completed ILM level 5 or willing to work towards it
  • Compliance documents – DBS, References etc.
  • Proof of right to work in the UK
