Lead Pharmacist Paediatrics

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and innovative paediatric pharmacist to develop and support our clinical paediatric pharmacy team. You will have the opportunity to develop our clinical services further which will be fully supported by the Principal Pharmacist Women’s and Children’s to meet the needs of the Trust and the patients we serve. In addition, you will have the opportunity to maintain your current neonatal skills or learn new skills in our NICU where pharmacy is actively involved in the parenteral nutrition prescribing. Opportunities will be provided to help you further your professional development including Independent Prescribing if not already obtained, training in specialist areas e.g cystic fibrosis, gastroenterology and oncology. The successful applicant will need to demonstrate a core understanding of prescribing in a paediatric population, will be a team player and be compassionate and committed to providing a forward thinking, highly regarded clinical pharmacy service.
